He is survived by: his spouse Jean Carol Moore Seay; his children, Rhonda Seay McFalls (Billy Ray) of Buckingham and Richard Dwayne Seay of Franklin; his grandchildren, Lutisha, Samantha, Josh, Emma and Hunter; and his great grandchildren, Makayla, Samantha and Haley.
