She is survived by: her husband Harry Walton Bolton; her brother Larry Stephen Scruggs; her daughter Bonnie Kay Bebar (Mark) of Fredericksburg; her siblings, Frederick Douglas Scruggs of Amherst, Clarence David Scruggs of Madison Heights, Virginia Lou Elmgren (David) of Superior, WI, Joyce Jarrett Thor (Carl) of Colonial Beach and Charlotte Ann Munsey (James) of Lynchburg; her sister-in-law Christine Scruggs of Gladstone; and her grandchildren, Jacob Bebar, Erica Bolton and Dana Bolton. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
