He was predeceased by: his parents, Peyton Estes and Alma O'Brien Watts; and his brother Larry Estes Watts. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Peters Watts; his children, Yvonne W. Mullens (Drew) and Peyton Phillip Watts, Jr. (Vivian); his grandson Phillip Dalton Watts of Gladstone; his sister Betty Watts Ragland (Dick) of Richmond; his nieces, Leslie Jones of Richmond and April Gardner of Richmond; and his cousins, Jean Carter and Barbara Carter. He is also survived by friends and cousins.
We will observe all Covid-19 precautions and face coverings will be required.
