He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Wells Moore and Samuel Arthur Moore, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lola Jamerson Moore; his children, Lorraine Ranson (H. W.), Omar Moore, Jr. (Terri), Rebecca Ranson (Barney), Charles Moore, Sr. (Denise) and Gary Moore (Kim); his sister Estelle Moore; and his sister-in-law Hazel J. Moore. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great- grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
