She was predeceased by: her husband Guy Samuel McCormick, Sr.; her parents, Easter Lee Stephens and Everette Wilson Viar; her son Guy "Buckshot" McCormick, Jr.; her granddaughter Melissa Ellis; and her siblings, Dickie, Benny, Brother Viar and Lucille Tyree.
She is survived by: her children, Mamie Henson (Lee) of Gladstone, Larry Wash McCormick (Margie) of Gladstone, Rebecca Jones (Riley) of Gladstone and Patricia Tyree of Appomattox; her grandchildren, James McCormick, Loretta Bass, Erica Garrett, Melissa Blanchard, Bo Jones, Katie Jones, Sammy Jones, Stephanie Hanson, Kerston McCormick, Pick McCormick, Kim Graybill and Lee McCormick; and her siblings, Roger Lee Viar, Vester Lee Viar, Anna May Bryant, Eilene Johnson, Charlene Campbell and Jenny Harvey. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
