He is survived by: his wife Cora Mae Phelps Page; his children, Cynthia Owen (Gregory) and Timothy Page (April); his granddaughters, Kelsey Brooks (Gaige), Kacey McKinney, Erin Robertson (Jaden), Karley McKinney and Lacey Owen; his great grandchildren, Blakely, McKenna Brooks, Violet Herndon and Lorelai Robertson; and his siblings, Dorothy Harrison, Annie Steele and David "Frog" Page.
