She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alexander Leftwich and Vanilla Mae Tracy Leftwich of Narrows, Virginia.; her husband Wilbur Archer Scruggs; her daughter Linda Scruggs Davenport (late Howard); and her grandchildren, Lydia D. Kalata Terry A. (Steve), Talbott (Pam), Cynthia D. Toney (Randy) and Ryan L. Seveke (Nikki). She was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren and four great, great-grandchildren.
