He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lampkins and Margaret Anne Spence Godleski. He is survived by: his wife Heather Renee Lampkins; his children, Abigail Lampkins of Meadowview and Ethan Lampkins of Glade Spring; his siblings, Jason Lampkins of Saltville and Gina Lampkins of Chilhowie; and his granddaughters, Jayden and Jordyn Thomas. He is also survived by one niece; four nephews; and several cousins.
