He is survived by: his son James C. Olinger of Glade Spring; his sisters, Bessie Olinger Evans of Marion, Katie Olinger Parks of Saltville and Ronna Olinger Casey of Saltville, VA; his grandchildren, Angela Payne Burnop (Scott), Seth Allan Payne, Justin Olinger, Jeremy Olinger and Jacob Olinger (Crystal); his great grandchild Many; and also Deborah Olinger Payne (Kris) of Freeport, IL. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
