She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Kilgore and Sharon Frisbee; her brother Christopher Kiser; and her son David Allen Wolfe. She is survived by: her grandchild Including; her husband John Michael Owens; her children, Willie Duty (Kayla), Tara Statzer and Jessica Kestner; her siblings, Delina Carr (Jimmy), Tristan Frisbee and Ryan Klocke; her grandchildren, Gavin, Landon, Kal-El, Carson Duty, Lucas, Abigale Statzer, Randy, Noah and Issac Kestner; her nephew Justin Neece (Marissa); her niece Lauren Carr; her close friends, Teresa Harrington and Lance Sipes; and also, Jerry Kiser, Bill Frisbee, Piper and Alexandria Neece.
Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the mausoleum by 12:45 PM. In accordance with COVID-19 regulations, all those attending services are asked to wear face coverings and follow social distancing guidelines.
