He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Rouse and Lura Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Eva Rouse; his children, Steve Rouse (Gina) of Marion, VA, John Rouse (Stella) of Chilhowie, VA, Melissa Rouse of Glade Spring, VA, Jamie Rouse (Candi) of Marion, VA, Kristie Rouse of Glade Spring, VA, Matthew Rouse (Sandy) of Bristol and Patrick Rouse of Glade Spring, VA; his grandchildren, Scott Rouse (Brittany), Courtney Atkins (Andrew), Justin Rouse (Ginny), Kyla Ortiz (Luis), Tyler Rouse, Kaitlyn Rouse, Dylan Rouse, Elainna Armstrong, Destannie Armstrong and Channing Russell; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn Bentley, Brayleigh Atkins, Sophia Ortiz, Aubree Russell, Raegan Atkins, Kash Russell and Isabella Russell; and his brother Jack Rouse of Glade Spring, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
