He was predeceased by: his father Richard Goodson. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Annette Goodson; his mother Doris Gay Smith (Vernon) of Abingdon; his half-brothers, Christopher Smith and Jaime Smith; and his parent-in-law William Arnold.
