She is survived by: her significant other Russell Martin; her children, Russell Martin II (Melanie Anne) of Loraine, Melanie Jones (Tony) of Marion and Eric Martin (Lori) of Frostproof, Fla.; her grandchildren, Lindsey Martin, Whitney Cox, Alex Jones, Lauren Jones Stiltner (Reid), Kyle Jones, Mahala Martin, Dakota Martin and Elan Martin; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Esparza, Presley Cox, Melanie Grace Cox and Baby Cox; her siblings, Joe Meyer (Judy) of Tx, Liz DelCogliano of Fla and Carol Finger (Bob) of Tx; and her close friend Dee Miller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Landmark Baptist Church (34299 Lee Hwy, Glade Spring, VA 24340). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Westwood Memorial Gardens.
