He is survived by: his wife Mildred Ann Wynegar Kestner; his children, Kenneth Kestner, Jr. and Deborah Bise (Michael); his grandchildren, Jeremy Bise and Jessica Bise; and his great grandchild Elijah Bise.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Farris Cremation & Funeral Center – Forest Hills Chapel (19415 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24210). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
