She was predeceased by: her father Reverend Sidney F. Mays. She is survived by: her husband Chuck Booth of Glade Spring; her daughters, Tonya Thornberry of Benson, N. C. and Tyann Kurkowski of Benson, N. C.; her stepchildren, Shannon Booth of Boardman, Ohio, Richard Booth of Boardman and Eric Booth of Cary, N. C.; her mother Helen Frances Mays; her siblings, Ann Mays Williams, Donna Jean Mays, Bonnie Mays Hayton and Allen Mays of Marion; and her pet Chihuahua. She is also survived by several grandchildren; one great-grandson; numerous nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private. Family and friends are asked to follow the COVID-19 Safety & Social Distancing Guidelines.
