He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Straten and Dorothy Straten; and his sister Sandy Alexoff (Dave). He is survived by: his wife Clara Page; his daughters, Kathleen Kaurup (Jody) and Karen South (Scott Clarke); his grandchildren, Campbell, Griffin, Kate, David, Emily and Joe; and his siblings, Peggy Ott (John), Larry Straten (Susan) and Ed Straten (Patty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as many wonderful friends.
