He is survived by: his parents, Evelyn Kilby Greer and Billy Kilby, Sr.; his children, Ethan Kilby and Jaylin Kilby; his grandson Eli Kilby; his stepparents, Charlie Fields and Colleen; his grandmother Connie Greer; his siblings, Joey Kilby, Christina Kilby and Bobby Kilby; his stepsiblings, Patrick Zaledizieski and Kerry Farmer; his nieces and nephews, Hannah Kilby, Destiny Phillips, Justin Phillips and Brandon Pennington; and also Leanna Brook Doss. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
