Joe William Warren Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2025, at the age of 68, Joe William Warren of Glade Spring, Virginia, born in Saltville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Joe William leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Joe William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his grandmother Gracie "Mommy Cow" Warren; and his parents, Alberta S. Warren and Joe B. Warren. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Warren; his brother Mark Warren (Trisha); his sons, James B. Warren (Tanja) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Cody Warren (Samantha) of Abingdon, VA; and his grandsons, Dylan and Austin Warren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Farris Funeral Service – Main Street Chapel (427 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service (427 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210).
