He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Rush and Millie N. Trent. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Counts (Greg) of Abingdon; his siblings, Michael Rush (Joyce) of Abingdon and Myra Stout (James) of Bristol, Tenn.; and his grandsons, Gaelen and Connor Counts. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
