She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ray and Elma Phillips Cullop; her husband Bill Colley; and her siblings, Bill Cullop, Shirley Ann Pippin and Mary Matthews.
She is survived by: her children, Don Yates (Pam), Jack Yates (Judy), Bill Colley, Clark Colley (Donna) and Cindy Shipley (Jamie); her grandchildren, Lydia Weems, Nathan Yates, Andy Yates, Billy Colley, Allie Petree (Taylor), Haley Jarvis (Gabe), Lori Powell (Dallas), Mike Infante, Nick Infante (Kimmie), Jordan Shipley (Pam), Keith Auker (Laura) and Bronnie Allen (Rick); her siblings, Bud Cullop (Myrna), Ruth Taylor and Ethel Reynolds; her sister-in-law Martha Buskill; and her close friend Karen Weiss. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren.
