She was predeceased by: her parents, James David and Virginia Louise Brickey Eskridge; her daughter Jeannie Ann Mitchell; and her siblings, Harvey Eskridge, David Eskridge, Curtis Eskridge and Patricia McAllister.
She is survived by: her husband Harry Eugene Rouse; her sons, Gary Wayne Rouse, Clifton Douglas Rouse of Meadowview, Bobby Joe Rouse and Joseph Scott Rouse of Glade Spring; her stepdaughter Virginia Michelle Rouse of Glade Spring; her brother Eddie Eskridge (Carrie) of Chilhowie; and her grandchildren, Brandi Rackowski (Joe), Faith Walls (Brandon), Christopher Rouse, Cameron Rouse and Gracie Roe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pleasant View Cemetery (35211 Greertown Rd, Glade Spring, VA 24340).
