It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Anne Wagner of Glade Spring, Virginia, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Hutton and Jessie Baldwin Hutton; her husband Franklin Wagner; and her siblings, James D. Hutton and Willa Hamilton.

She is survived by: her son Michael Anthony Smith (Donna); her grandchildren, Anna Marie Smith Scott (Johnathan) and Benjamin Michael Smith; and her great grandchild Clayton Scott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
