She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie Gregory; and her parents, Othaniel "Dagger" and Nancy Hayden. She is survived by: her children, Pete Gregory (Brenda), Arch Gregory (Dianne) and Missy Gregory (David Cochran); her siblings, Haynes Hayden (Maxie), Doug Hayden (Linda), Hezekiah Hayden, Enoch "Buddy" Hayden (April), Sue Taylor, Loretta Gilbert (Jimmy), Jenie Atwell (Bub), Lacy Barker (Coy) and Loudell Gregory (J. D.); her grandsons, Hunter Gregory (Brittany Clark) and Cole Gregory (Cortney Stone); and her great grandchild Waylon Gregory. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her faithful dog and companion.
