He is survived by: his wife Dona Kay Wagner Whited (Smith); his children, Phil Whited (Amy) of Parker, CO, Melissa Plank (Jason) of Hanover, MD and Chris Whited (Amy) of Hanover, MD; his sister Violet Street of Hampstead, MD; his grandchildren, Gage, Landon, Gabriel and Griffin; his stepsons, Danny Smith (Ronda) of Bristol, TN and Tony Smith (Pennie) of Blountville, TN; and his stepgrandchildren, Andrew Smith (Amanda), Nikki Minor (Derrick), Logan, Christian and Ethan Smith.
