She was predeceased by: her parents, David McKay and Rita Foos; her brother David McKay; her husband Allen Dean Ford; her aunts, Laverl Foos and Ruth McKay; and her stepgrandson Chad Courtney.
She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Mary Ford Bingle (Matthew); her stepgrandchildren, Justin Courtney, Carson Bingle, Heath Hoffman, Shane Hoffman, Derek Ford, Todd Ford, Cameron Ford, Chaz Williams, Hazard Williams, Elizabeth Spears, Shashonna Williams and Sharona Williams; her stepchildren, Billie Ford, Sheba Vaughn, Mary Courtney and Teena Camper; and her cousins, Mark Polansky Sr. and Mark Polansky Jr.. She is also survived by spouses and children; a multitude of friends and extended family.
