We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2023, at the age of 79, Samuel Gordon Poole of Gate City, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Poole and Lucinda Poole (Light); his siblings, Albert (Maxie), Joe (Edith), Glen (Mae), Jack (Ann), Jim, Russell Poole (Ona) and Mabel McClung (Frank); and his brother-in-law Troy Harrell.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Poole (Roberts); his children, Anthony Poole (Sherry), Deana Vincent (Kevin), Diana Dingus (Wade) and Amy Gilliam (John Michael); his sister Merle Harrell; his sister-in-law Debbie Poole; his niece Susie Wilder (Al); and his pet Remington. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
