He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Wagner. He is survived by: his mother Roberta Wagner; his wife Angela Wagner; his children, Neal Wagner and Emma Wagner; his sister Kristen McConnell (Bobby); his nephews, Vaughn McConnell (Holly) and Nathan McConnell (Miranda Fields); his niece Holly McDavid (Hunter); his great-nieces and great-nephews, MJ, Edie, Archer, Moses, Murphee, Benjamin and Millie; and his close friend Randy Lane.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family to defer funeral expenses.
