Raymond Fig Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Fig of Gate City, Virginia, who passed away on February 27, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Figliuzzo and Eva Figliuzzo (Gilliam); and his brother Don Fig. He is survived by: his granddaughter Janie Louise Fig; his brothers, James Fig, Jack Fig, Ralph Figliuzzo (Fig), Robert Fig, Elmer Fig and Willie Fig; his wife Louise Fig (Underwood) of Gate City, VA; his sons, Raymond Dale Fig (Sandi) of Kingsport, TN, Richard Allen Fig (Karen Lynn) of Parker, CO and Russ Fig (Karen Ann) of Johnson City, TN; his grandchildren, Anthony Fig (Monica), Puebla, Mexico and Daniel Fig (Gali) of Ventura, CA; and his great grandchildren, Amanda Fig, Megan Fig and Hayes Fig. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, the family will hold a Video Conference Memorial at a later date.
