He is survived by: his son Ray Fields, Jr.; his grandchildren, Michael Fields (Charity), Gwen Quillen (Craig), Jessica Jessee (Nathan) and Amber Bellamy (Scott); his great grandchildren, Luke Fields, Ethan Quillen, Hank Fields, Isaiah Jessee, Noah Jessee, Kyra Bellamy and Anna Quillen; his daughter-in-law Judy Calton; and his sisters, Callie Hill and Matilda Carter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
