With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ola Rogers of Gate City, Virginia, who passed away on November 11, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Con Lee and Monnie Geneva Maxwell (Mays); her husband George Parot Rogers, Sr.; her children, Fannie Patricia Pope (Rogers), George Parot Rogers and Aaron Andre' Rogers (Mickey); and her siblings, Rena Mae Hathway (Goff), Revalla Jumper, Lousie Edwards, Lorraine Patricia Cornett (Maxwell), Joann Price (Maxwell), William Goff, Waldon Goff and Roy Goff.
She is survived by: her children, Carmen Prather (Rogers), Stanley Rogers (Ruby), Anthony Rogers (Marsha) and Phillip Rogers (Rhonda); her daughter-in-law Lena Rogers; and her brother Richard Maxwell (Rochelle). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
