She was predeceased by: her husband Elbert Munsey of Gate City, VA; her parents, William McKinney and Katherine McKinney; and her siblings, Edward McKinney and Rebecca Correll.
She is survived by: her sons, Billy (Lisa) of Jonesborough, TN, David (Yvonne) of Elizabethton, TN, Jeff of Gate City, VA, Tim (Marcy) of Ft. Blackmore, VA and Todd (Missy) of Cleveland, NC..
