She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Latham and Lennie Lee Boy; her husband Creed Carter Frazier; her daughter Cindy Frazier Mabry; and her siblings, Lucille Estepp, Mamie Graham, Una Mae Wampler, June Oney, Elizabeth Venable (Liz), Hubert Boy, Paul Boy, Hugh L. Boy, Carl Boy and Deadrick Boy.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Frazier of Bean Station, TN and Gary Frazier (Terri) of Cary, NC; her grandchildren, Morgan Mabry Bowlin (Daniel) of Morristown, TN and Tyler Mabry; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Graylon and Irelynn; her nephews, Jim Wampler (Christine) and Riley Boy; and her close friends, Dana Jenkins, Michelle Jenkins and Sue Price.
