She was predeceased by: her parents, John Montgomery and Esther Bernice Montgomery (Shutt); and her siblings, Nancy Reagan and Steve Montgomery. She is survived by: her husband Robert Allen Trivett; her children, Tammy M. Polchies (Michael), Angela Darlene Millard (Curtis) and Joe Trivett; her granddaughter Jessica Cook; and her siblings, Wilma M. Phillips, Patricia L. Irwin, Loral Fouts, Harriett G. Lewallen and John Montgomery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
