Smith (Stacey); her grandchildren, Josey Smith, Ashlyn Horne, Alyssa Jo Smith and Adrian Smith; her great grandchildren, Trinity Page and Avery Blake Smith; and her siblings, Lorraine Buchanan (Bill) and Larry D. Collins (Sabie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many special friends.
