It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Talbott of Gate City, Virginia, born in Appalachia, Virginia, who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Tagard and Barbara Ann Talbott (Laws); his sisters, Jeannie Morgan and Janie Delph; and his grandson Aiden Talbott.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Talbott; his sons, Dustin Talbott (Tyria) of Gate City, VA and Hunter Talbott (Logan) of Gate City, VA; his sisters, Patricia Fowler (Roy) of Tazwell, TN, Dianne Gilley (Gary), Big and Joy Begley of Kingsport, TN; and his grandchildren, Annaleigh, Addison, Jace and Natalie Grace. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
