He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Summey. He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Jean Ramsey (Hall); his wife Nina Summey (Hall); his sons, Justin Summey (Tanya), Heath Summey (Melody) and Charlie Summey; his grandchildren, Levi Summey, Landon Summey, Lindy Summey and Korvin Summey; and his brother Jimmy "J. D.".
