Kathy Sexton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Sexton of Gate City, Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Monroe Darnell and Callie Mae Darnell (Edwards); her siblings, Larry Lee Darnell, Charles Fred Darnell and Georgie Mae Ervin (Darnell); and her father-in-law Worley Sexton (Pops).
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Sexton, Sr.; her son Eugene Sexton, Jr. (Misty); her grandchildren, Renee, Ayden and Mollie Sexton; her siblings, Shirley Lawson, Virginia Grizzle, Carolyn Frazier (Eddie), James Darnell (Pat), Earl Darnell (Charlene) and Hubert Darnell (Billie); and her granddaughter Allie Sexton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
We suggest the use of face coverings and to practice social distancing to all of those attending.
