It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Quillen of Gate City, Virginia, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Quillen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Drewey Glover and Beatrice Light Glover; her husband Alvon Quillen; and her sister Nancy Glover. She is survived by: her daughter Alethea Newsome (Lane); her grandchildren, Isaac Newsome and Lindsey Lawson; her great grandchildren, Brantley and Maverick Lawson; and her siblings, Vickie Dixon (Bobby) and Danny Glover (Barbara). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
