He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughie "Hoot" Broadwater and Mary Alice Broadwater (Haga). He is survived by: his wife Karen Broadwater; his children, LeeAnn Holtzclaw (Joel) and James Broadwater; his siblings, Peggy Marshall Seiber (Ed Seiber), Nancy Culbertson (Larry), Howard Broadwater (Janet) and Billy Joe Broadwater; and his grandchildren, Ethan Broadwater, Tyler Ramey, Alex Broadwater, Toby Broadwater, Breydan Broadwater and Owen Broadwater. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
