He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza Green and Victoria Green (Shepard); and his daughters, Janice Green and Michelle Rene VanDusen (Green). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jean Green (Livesay); his children, Kim Hattery (Shawn), Daniel Green (Sierra) and Scott Green (Michelle); and his stepdaughter Tara Dillon (David). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
