He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Tipton Johnson; his brother Troy Johnson; his aunt Mary Hawkins; his stepchildren, Cody Davidson (Emily) and Autumn Davidson; his sister-in-law Amber Spivey (Terry); his parents-in-law, Shirley and Bill Pat Tipton; and his close friend Rod Davis.
