With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Carter Mann of Gate City, Virginia, who passed away on April 5, 2023 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Mann of Washington and Charmion Mann (Carter); and his sister Bernice Junod. He is survived by: his child Cecil; his wife Charlotte Mann; his children, Priscilla Mann Hungerford and David Mann (Judy); and his grandchildren, Jacinda Steel and Amanda Dean. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Fort Blackmore United Methodist Church.
