It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cathy Jean Baldwin (Gate City, Virginia), born in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on October 15, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Jennings and Eula Mae Jennings; and her brother Michael Wayne Jennings. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lynn Baldwin; her daughters, Sandra Gray (Scott) and Rebecca Vermillion; her siblings, Linda Babb (Ronnie), Larry Jennings (Glenna) and Keith Jennings; her grandchildren, Kayla Gillenwater (Jon), Ashley Hoke (Cody), Evan Gray (Casey), Alex Vermillion (Tracy), Taylor Gray (Bailey), Dylan Gray and Jessica Vermillion; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Lillie, Luna, Ophelia, Sophie and Augustus; and her aunt Joan Wilder. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, October 20th 2024 at 2:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel (136 Beech St, Gate City, VA 24251). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Baldwin Cemetery.
