He is survived by: his siblings, Beulah Bishop of Duffield, VA, Wanda Bishop of Church Hill, TN, Anita Jones (Doug) of Duffield, VA, Dremia Smith, Charlotte Lane (Delmas), Bruce McDavid (Nell) of Duffield, VA, Vernon McDavid (Doris) of Duffield, VA and Samuel McDavid (Karen) of Duffield, VA; his caregivers, Henry and Mary Roach; and his nephews, Anthony and Travis Roach. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
