She is survived by: her foster sister Rochelle Maxwell (Richard); her sisters-in-law, Ethel Payne Rogers of Dayton, OH, Nell and, DC of Washington; and her nieces and nephews, Carmen Rogers of Newark, NJ, Anthony Rogers (Marsha) of Colonial Heights, TN, Stanley Rogers (Ruby) of Gate City, VA, Phillip Rogers (Rhonda) of Blacksburg, VA, Lena Rogers of Kingsport, TN, Dawn Hardin of Dayton, OH, Felicia Williams (Ed) of Dayton, OH, Howard Swan (Jessica) of Kingsport, TN, Kermit Swan III (Kiera) of Roanoke, VA, Mykel Tre Maxwell of Gate City, VA, Matthew Harris of Denver, CO, Courtney Dobbins and Allen C. Dobbins Jr.. She is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
