He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mitchell and Nannie Ellen Rhoton (Adams); and his siblings, Jeanette Parker, Ruby Head, James and Gilbert Rhoton.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy S. Rhoton; his children, Shelia Richards (Jeff) and Rex Rhoton; his grandchildren, Rachael Bailey and Zachary Rhoton; his great grandchild Addison Bailey; and his siblings, Betty Cooper, Lois Hood (Earl), Nell Johnson (Bob), Barbara Bishop (Charles), Ellen Jones (Larry), Ed Rhoton (Teresa), Wayne Rhoton and Delmer Rhoton (Denisa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
