She was predeceased by: her parents, DeWitt T. Whitby and Lula C. Whitby; her husband Thornton R. Clary "Frog"; her daughter Monica Lane Clary Finch; and her siblings, Elmo, Tom Whitby, Blanche J. Spence, Janet Turner Lofland and Norine W. Ellis.
She is survived by: her son Dan L. Clary; and her siblings, William Spurgeon Whitby (Janet), Mary W. Killebrew (Joe) and Marjorie W. Whitby (Emory). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
