She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Josiah and Ruth Lollie Cline Jones; and her sister Mary Lee Stoots. She is survived by: her husband Charles Duane Brown; her daughter Dana Widner (Tony Parks); her sister Rhonda; her brother-in-law J. B. Tolbert; her brother David of Galax, Virginia; her sister-in-law Dawn Jones of Galax, Virginia; and her grandchildren, Kassie Widner of Blacksburg, Virginia and Jacey Widner of Galax, Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
