It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Dewey Sturdivant Jr. of Galax, Virginia, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Dewey Sturdivant, Sr.; his wife Frances Rose Sturdivant (Angel); and his grandparents, B. L. Lineberry, Jr., Dewey and Dora Lee Sturdivant.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Lineberry Sturdivant; his stepfather James Bullion of Galax, Virginia; his brothers, Daniel Bullion (Amanda) and Aaron Bullion (Kimberly); his grandmother Ilene Lineberry; his daughters, Nikki (Amador Gonzalez), Alisha (Clifton Green) and Heather Gravely; his grandchild Riquelme Gonzalez; his sons-in-law, Xavian Gonzalez, Kenyon, Alexzander, Dominic, Evalee Rose Brown and Jerrell Thomas Green; his nieces, Elaina and Rachel; his nephew Isaac; and his sister Sherry Barnard. He is also survived by several aunts uncles; nieces, nephews and cousins.
