With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Irene Spivey of Galax, Virginia, who passed away on April 11, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ewell Edgar Spivey; her brothers, Breece Waddell, L. C. Billings, Frank Billings and Curtis Billings; and her mother Thelma.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Polly Billings. She is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
